Within the UK we carry out repairs on site or at our factory
just outside of West London. Our engineers can normally visit
your factory/laboratory within a few days of receiving a
request for a callout. They will carry out an extensive
assessment of your machine and the work/parts required. A
written quotation covering all aspects will then be sent
immediately thereafter.
The same criteria also apply when a machine is returned to our
factory.
