The Jaw Crusher is used for both laboratory and production purposes for crushing various hard, semi-hard and soft friable materials. Depending on the raw material the size reduction is down to approx 6mm.
The body and moving jaw plate carrier are of cast iron and the machine incorporates feed chutes with protective grids and covers.
The gap between the moving and fixed jaws are adjustable by means of a hand wheel which can be maintained in position using a locking hub. The driving motor is connected to a push button motor control switch with no-volt and overload feature which protects the machine from damage in the event of uncrushable material becoming jammed between the jaws.
Also available with Tungsten Carbide or Stainless Steel jaw plates.
